The New Zealand Business Roundtable in China (NZBRiC)'s board and members were invited to attend Dinner with the New Zealand Prime Minister Rt Hon Chris Hipkins in Shanghai on Thursday the 29th of June. The dinner was a fantastic opportunity to connect with the New Zealand China Business Community while experiencing premium New Zealand food and beverage.
The program was MC'd by NZBRiC member Christiana Zhu and audiences heard addresses from the Prime Minister, Sir Richard Taylor as well as witnessed an incredible Kapa Haka performance from Te Matatini winner Te Whanau a Apanui.
NZBRiC wants to thank New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade and New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, in particular New Zealand Consul-General to Shanghai Ardi Barnard 鲍晓笛, and New Zealand Trade Commissioner to Shanghai Richard Dunsheath for the huge amount of work their teams put into this engagement. The New Zealand Prime Minister's visit to China has had a positive impact on New Zealand businesses in China while also growing confidence in the relationship.
